Clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Policy Concerning Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure
We completely understand that sometimes the plan may require last-minute
changes, and we Seven Safar Tour & Travels believe in ensuring our guests are aware of the
terms governing
cancellations,
no-shows, and early departures. Please make it sure that cancellation charges will be effective
from the date we receive your mail in writing about your booking cancellation. Please read our
policy carefully to avoid any surprises.
The park remains closed on Diwali and is also closed every Tuesday
evening. So we would suggest travellers to schedule their journey with these dates in mind and
enjoy the Safari ride along the Ken River.
Our cancellation policy is structured as follows:
- 30 days or more prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total
tour cost will be applied.
- 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee amounting to 30% of
the total tour cost will be charged.
- 07 to 14 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 40% of the total
tour cost will be incurred.
- 02 to 06 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total
tour cost will be levied.
- Less than 48 hours before arrival or No Show: No refund will be granted.
Please Note:
- Bookings for the Jeep Safari and the Boat Safari are confirmed as
non-refundable transactions.
- For reservations made during peak season periods, including weekends and
specific holidays (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), a distinct cancellation policy
applies to hotel and forest lodge bookings. The specific terms for these periods will be
clearly communicated at the time of booking.
