4 Nights and 5 Days Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Nagpur—-Transfer to Tadoba
Once you arrive at Nagpur, get into a taxi and depart from the station or airport to your reserved resort for some adventure and some relaxation. After check-in at your resort near Mohali Gate, enjoy a lavish lunch followed by some fun activities arranged by resort management. In the late afternoon, let your eyes absorb the beauty of the remote villages. The locals will give you a clear picture of the landscape. Return to the resort to have dinner and get a good sleep for an amazing ending to the first day as per our Tadoba tour package .
Day 2—Morning and Evening Core Zone Safari
The early morning jeep safari to the core zone is all set to make you spot tigers easily from 5:30 am to 10 am if your luck favors you. Now, take a quick return to the hotel for a healthy breakfast and a power nap. After lunch, head to the next jungle safari in the afternoon from 2:30 to 6 pm. In this period, enjoy the forest's earthy beauty along with spotting a few birds, leopards, sloth bears, and many more. As per Tadoba tour package, your evening should be dedicated to a bonfire, stargazing, and a screening of a wildlife documentary while having dinner.
Day 3—Local Sightseeing and Buffer Safari
A morning safari in the buffer zone as per our Tadoba tour package will give you a unique experience of the forest and its flora and fauna. Get back and have your breakfast. Spend some quality time in the resort, then have your lunch to access more places for ultimate exploration. Now, a visit to Tadoba Lake would be much fun. Irai Lake is also good for a close view of birds. Optional boating visits are subject to availability. Wrap up your day with evening leisure time at the resort.
Day 4 - Morning Safari or Visit to Anandwan
An optional morning safari will give you another chance of tiger sightings. Take a day trip to Anandwan, which is a two-hour drive and popular for its sustainable living and empowerment. Get back to Tadoba in the evening for your exotic last night at the resort. Enjoy the tempting dinner overnight last stay.
Day 5 – Departure
Wake up to the hot coffee or tea with breakfast and check out. Drive back to Nagpur for 4 to 5 hours. Drop-off at the airport or railway station to your home or for onward travel plans for other destinations in our best and affordable Tadoba tour packages.
Package Itinerary
Terms And Conditions:
- All bookings are provided with base category rooms at resorts. Upgrading to the higher category rooms is subject to availability at an extra cost, charged by the resort.
- Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Passengers should provide the correct age at the time of booking, as it affects the cost of the tour.
- In case the booked resort is unavailable, a similar category resort will be arranged.
- Accommodations for 3 guests will have one room with an extra mattress.
- Changes in government taxes, resort rates, or safari fees will be communicated via email or on-call before your departure.
- The company holds no responsibility for accidents, lost/stolen items, damage to luggage, etc. during your stay.
- Itineraries and safaris can change due to operational needs or other unexpected circumstances.
Kindly Note:
- This package is not valid during long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, Holi, Diwali, or New Year.
- Bookings must be made at least two days in advance of the travel date.
- The itinerary is formulated based on the availability of the Jeep Safari.
Cancellation Policy :
In the case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, a signed notification must be supplied. Cancellation charges are applicable as per the time of the duration. The following costs will be charged by the company:
- 30 days before visiting: 10% of the tour package cost.
- 15 to 29 days before visiting: 30% of the tour expense.
- 07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour price.
- 02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour expense.
- Less than 48 hours or no show: No reimbursement.
- 50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking classed as confirmed.
- 100% Payment: Required to confirm the booking and take part in the discount benefits.
- Nevertheless, travelers must cover all statutory taxes, fees, and service fees where applicable.
Important Information :-
If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or if there aren't enough places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. This will be communicated to our customer support end.
Peak Season Policy :-
A separate cancellation policy for resort/forest lodge booking will be furnished on demand during peak seasons if applicable.
Liabilities and Limitations:
- Tour/Service Cost :- The first booking fee might be changed if you want any add-ons to your tour package. Additional Fees: Such as the permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.
- Changes in Fees :-If any changes occur from the government end, we will notify you via mail, message, or call whether before or after confirmation/private departure.
- Refunds/Claims :- For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.
- Cancellation of Services :-The firm is not responsible for cancellation of services especially sightseeing or excursion visits if they are thought about by such things while on tour in India.
Payment Policy:
We take payments through PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.
- 50% Advance Payment: This holds your booking on a confirmed basis.
- 100% Payment: This confirms your booking and gives you discount benefits.
- Travelers must agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and applicable fees.
